  I think you should text him night and day, even if you never get a response. He obviously is head over heels in love with you! Why else would he give you his number?

  Sweetheart, do you think you are the only girl he is texting his number to? Two weeks went by but you still remember and waiting..? you need to learn to forget about men until they prove themselves to you. You felt flattered for a minute, great, then forget about him and go about your life. Realize you are one of many. We all are. It takes time to sort out those who are "ours". Even if a guy does call you or text you this should not mean a lot to you, do not fall for the flattery trap, a mistake so many women make. It is very easy for men to flatter you, so learn to be more discerning.

  I don't give my number out to random strangers. Only if I find you worthy enough to have it will you get it. My current BF didn't get mine until over a month after we first met, only gave it to him because I was invited onto his ship for x-mas dinner by him and his crew (they came to my business often) and he needed to pick me up at the security gate to get me on the shipyard. He then used it to plan our first date after that lol. I would have eventually deleted his. I only add people I know well (family/friends) or need to contact for business purposes in my phone—makes my life a whole lot less complicated :o)

  I met this guy, we got along great and we held a conversation for a very long time. Like we knew each other right off the bat but we only just met. He's a great person, I can tell he's very honest and polite. He asked me "would your dad mind if I gave you my number?" I responded "I don't see why it would" afterwards, I had to leave. I gave him my number…but he hasn't texted me. so now I'm just confused.
